Electric Forklifts and Warehouse Equipment
Electric forklifts should be selected around the actual load, lifting height, aisle space and floor conditions. Check the model specifications at your required working height rather than relying on the nominal capacity alone.
Plan the battery and charging arrangements
Review battery voltage, capacity, dimensions, charger compatibility, available power and charging time alongside your work schedule. Discuss forklift batteries with the team before changing a battery system, and compare Mitsubishi forklift trucks or forklift rental where relevant to your operation.
Check the travel route and charging location on site
- Mark the narrowest aisle, turns, doors and obstructions on a layout. Measure the actual working space for comparison with the selected truck specifications.
- Identify loading docks and transfer points, including floor transitions and areas shared with pedestrians or other trucks, for the site assessment.
- Choose a parking and charging location that keeps travel routes clear. Have the relevant team check the power supply and cable arrangement against the actual charger requirements.
